Katie and Kaitlyn are BFFs, Mahjaholics, interior design lovers and alway up for hosting a themed party. This love of beautiful things and people translated perfectly into teaching and creating within the Mahjong world. They founded Tyler Mahj Club together in 2023 and haven’t looked back since!

I started playing Mahjong in October 2023 and joined TMC as an instructor in January 2024. I love Mahjong for the social interaction and the sense of community it brings. The game offers a perfect blend of strategic thinking, memory, and concentration, providing an engaging mental challenge. Teaching Mahjong is a joy because it allows me to foster an appreciation for the game and build a community where others can enjoy it just as much as I do.

My love for Mahj started with my first lesson, and I’ve been hooked since then. I love it because it brings everyone together to chat and have social time. I also enjoy the game of strategy that it provides. The reason I love teaching Mahj even more than playing is because I have met so many new and amazing people in the community that I can share my love for the game with!
